How to Request Help

We are an online coordination desk. We are not an emergency service. For emergencies, call 112 immediately.

The following steps describe how our coordination process works, from your initial contact through to service delivery. Understanding this process helps set realistic expectations about timelines and outcomes.

Step 1: Assess your situation

Determine whether you face an emergency (call 112) or a non-emergency breakdown or information need. Do not use our service for life-threatening situations.

Step 2: Gather key details

Note your exact location (road name, kilometre marker, nearest town), vehicle registration, make and model, and a brief description of the issue.

Step 3: Contact us by email or form

Send your request to [email protected] or use the contact form on our Contact page. Include all details from step 2.

Step 4: Receive acknowledgement

We will acknowledge your email within a few hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 CET). Outside these hours, responses may be delayed.

Step 5: We assess your request

Our team reviews your situation and identifies the most appropriate local service partners or information resources for your location and need.

Step 6: We contact local partners

Where coordination is required, we reach out to relevant local service providers on your behalf and confirm their availability.

Step 7: We relay information to you

We send you the contact details of the confirmed service provider, an estimated response time (if available), and any relevant practical information.

Step 8: Service provider responds

The local service provider contacts you directly to confirm arrival time and any additional details. Note that response times are outside our control.

Step 9: Service is delivered

The service provider attends to your vehicle. Any payment or contractual arrangement is directly between you and the provider.

Step 10: Follow-up

After your situation is resolved, we welcome feedback. Email us at [email protected] with your experience to help us improve our service.
